Benefits of ERP
1. Within an organization various departments need to look at the same transaction for multiple events.
E.g.
When purchase order is places, purchase department needs to get in touch with the supplier.
When this order is delivers, the warehouse needs to prepare Goods Receipt Note.
Accounts department need to make the payment for this transaction.
ERP enables various departments to create transactions as per the defined workflows.
