Note: If the interviewee wants to remain anonymous, that's fine. If not, please include his/her name and place of employment as a project manager in your paper. Let him/her know that you are doing this interview for a class assignment and that the information may be shared with others.
The main purpose of these interviews is for you to gain more insight into what project managers really do, what challenges they face, what lessons they've learned, what concepts/tools you're learning about that they really use, and what suggestions they have for you and other students as future team members and project managers. People often like to tell stories or relate particular situations they were in to get their points across. To this end, here are a few sample questions.

How did you get into project management?
Answer
There are two ways to get into project management:
1. Experience: Initially you start as a normal employee working with the team for a project and after a series of promotion you become a project manager, hence getting into project management
2. Degree: Another direct approach is to get an MBA in specific/required stream, This will directly get you into project management

because it is a satisfying job,
however,
a manager also has to take the risk for his/her team.

Answer
Training depends on the organisations. If the organisation is offering training then the manager will recieve organization organized training specific to that particular organisation. Most of the managers become project manager after certain period of experience. Even though a manager is certified he/she will definitely thing of getting certified as PMP if it adds value to his/her CV.

To see that there is progress happening in the project and employees under the manager are being productive and are able to meet the deadlines.

Positive risk:
Keeping the employees under the manager satisfied with the work conditions
Negative risk:
If the deliverables are not ready by the deadline then to extend the deadline or to make the client satisfied with the available work.
