2)defend free speech is a thing need to be consideres when they defend the right to post hate speech online. Free speech isn’t an absolute right there is no right is weighed in a vacuum. The court has imposed numerous restrictions on speech. Fighting words, libel and child pornography are all banned. Hnece it is morally permissible.
3)Imagine, situation like how unlikely it would be for the same thousands of lines of code to be created independently by one not engaged in unauthorized copying.copyright law affords no protection to the ideas underlying the program.
