For being such, you basically need these four qualities.

1. you have to build Trust and Goodwill in a Group.
you can do this by encouraging members to do team building exercises,allow group members to mingle and chat

2. You have to Facilitate discussion in a Group
you can do this by involving group in various activities,discussions,and team outings.

2. If in case any conflicts happens in the group you should take initiative to resolve it, by talking to the group members personally if needed.

3. Manage Group tasks.

Prepare Task lists, or agendas every day and have a Scrum meeting with team members every day.
