Explanation / Answer

Considering the ducmentation of Cell phone that we have recently used.

a) Sometimes there are upgradation of the system happes. Like Android marshmellow to nougat update. After that most people are unware what features they received in nougat update. They will be able to know if there are docs after upgrade it will be provided stating the features that has been added here.

b) Some features like notification pannel ,notification light, There should be custom notification system. Like for which app what notifications how notification we will receive. And mostly in some phones there are notifications blink lights will glow. So we should have the ability to change the notification light according to our choice.

c) Documentation provided with Software applications and devices should be improved. In the documentation not only features , the step to enable and disable and the screeshot should be shared. Most people don't read documentation because of dull representation of it. Care should be taken to note that it is of proper use and it helps people. Some company build documentaition very nicely though. But overall it needs to be improved.
