( hey fellow computer science people I am really bad at writing could someone give me a hand and revise this? just check grammer/ sentence structure)
Hello I hope you are doing well today. Some improvements I have made over this semester are my grammar, completing all prewritings when assigned, reading the assignment sheet thoroughly, and speaking to the teacher when needed. Although my grammar is not at a hundred percent, I have worked hard on checking my papers and finding my mistakes. When I had to retake this class, I learned the prewritings were very beneficial to my writing process. They helped me develop my thoughts as the writer. In this course, I also learned the assignment sheet shows you exactly what the teacher, Ms. Hart, is looking for in my paper. I also learned that Ms. Hart makes herself available for her students. Students can go to her office during her hours to review and ask questions or the student can send her an email.
Although I believe I have made major process as a student and a writer, there are still need to be made. Some improvement that need to be made are my time management skills, length, using other sentence structures, and letting others read my work. The most difficult task for me to learn is my time management skills. This is something I will have to develop overtime. The length of my essay is always either right where it need to me or a page in a half to short. I believe this would still fall under time management but it is still an individual skill I need to develop. Using other sentence structures would help the paper as a whole and improve my writing as a writer. Allowing others to read my work would help me catch errors and find sentence that do not make since.
Over this course some things I noticed that needed a change are group assignments. The group assignments did not seem beneficial to our learning process. The groups seemed not to even engage with the lesson or assignment. If there was a way to review each groups process as a class I believe it would be more influential and learn better that way.
