Question
Are the database tables given in CH07_SALECO (page 299) in THIRD NORMAL FORM ?
I have trouble with normalization, can someone explain this and diagram this in detail correctly. it is extremely important it is correct.
PROVE THEM OR DISPROVE THEM.
The tables that are not in 3NF, explain in what NF they are, and moreover transform them into 3NF;
Draw the new ERD diagram after all the tables had been transformed into 3NF.
Still you must use the original tables given in CH07_saleCo database given in page 299.

I strongly feel the tables are already in 3NF as there are no transitive dependencies.
All the tables have information relevant to them and has foreign keys to refer to other tables. By doing this, the transitive dependencies are avoided and hence the table is in 3NF.
