Organization is a group of people those have different quality , skills, experience, knowledge etc ,time to time organization need change and changed can like introduction of new technologies, retrenchment, revamping ,in such situation many concerns,fear are taking place in the mind of employees .
In this situation leaders play a key role in implementation of changes and managing that changes to making it's successful.
A leader can mitigate the 5 reason that individual or teams resist to change .
Fear of the unknown - Better option will be personal interview .
When change take place leaders take the responsibility to implementation of change and managing and coordinating the teams or individuals to adot the change .
Leaders support , guide,motivate and explain the change in teams and make them understand that how change is essential in organization and how employees will be benefited due to change implementation.Leaders motivate and remove the fear regarding change implementation.
Reduction in personal need fulfillment - Better option will be reviewing the employees salary or compensation policies.
Leaders can resolve these issue by discussing the employees compensation policies.
Real and perceived stress - Releasing pressure by explaining the change importance and it will reduce the pressure.
Loss of status and personal power - Leaders will explain that how changes will work and employees power and status will be remain stable ,by giving this option I will resolve this issue.
Loss of equilibrium - Leaders will give option of alternatives responsibility so that losses can be fulfilled.
