Individuals and interactions over processes and tools – people are more important than processes or tools.
Working software over comprehensive documentation – in earlier days a lot of time was wasted in documentation for planning the design of the software. Agile does not eliminates the documentation procedure completely but it simplifies by just focusing on the requirements of the software directly so, it can reduce time of developing.
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation – providing more interaction with the customers. He/she may be involved in the project by time to time demos so that it can be easy to meet the needs of the customer.
Responding to change over following a plan – according to agile,changing the plan of a project was not an expensive task meanwhile it improves the outcome of the project.
