The graduate are not self-reliant and their innovation capacity is low. The youth who spend many years in class are frustrated when they fail to fit in the world and as a result they result to corruption to acquire the best jobs that equal to their many years in school. Unlucky are those from poor backgrounds, who cannot managed to offer money to acquire jobs.
