Mission and Objectives: To deliver freshly cooked food at the customer's step within an hour. To serve our customers 24 hours. Not to have any minimum value of order.

External Environment:- Biggest opportunity is that, there is no online food order platform which offers 24 hour food order service that too with no minimum value. Young population, students who study late night, call centres working 24 x 7 are good segments who can be potential customers.Once our company will get desired set of customers that too with satisfaction of service and quality the upcoming batch will be our potential customers. Major threat is from competitors like; hostel canteens, cafeterias at work place. As the existing customers are loyal to them and they may avail credit facilities as well.

Internal Environment:- The biggest strength is 24 hours availability along with fresh homely and healthy food. Also we will be offering snacks and regular food with better taste and quality in homely manner. The weakness is the availability of delivery boys specially their availability during night time.

Pin point area:- Availability of Human resources. I don't think mission and objective should change with this challenge.

Alternative Strategy: Initially we will keep our own employees. But sooner or latter we will be working with agency to provide delivery boys.

Implementation Strategy: Will be marketing in traditional way only as the service is available for 24 hours and that is the USP. The budget will be only 10% of total as we will be having traditional mode of marketing socially word of mouth, no matter if we grow slow.

Evaluation of strategy:- Since our model is based on online ordering system, hence we will be working on captured data and will be analysing few factors which will help us to grow. These factors will be; time of ordering, food ordered from menu, age group, profession etc.
