No, the security could not have negative effects on the usability of the system. Security is not that much dependent on the usabilty of a system, they both are like independent terms. With the increase in the security measures, the system is considered to be more secured. Although some errors may occur when someone is new to the security system as lot of security checks are required with the upgraded system but one gets used to it in a few days.

The user's login credentials can get stolen in many ways , like if a user by mistake clicks on the remember my id and password than the details get saved in the local system and can be accesed easily by some unauthorised party. Secondly, if the user doesnt clear the history and the local cache of the system than also the details can get stolen if an expert in hacking gets access to that system.The person is to blame himself for this for sure, as he is not aware of ehat he is doing, He must definitely know what can be the consequences if one gets access to someone's login credentials. It is the responsibilty of every individual to login carefully and clear the history so that no one can track about the login credentials of the user.
