"Giggle" is a company with 40 subdomains. There are 50 domains under “Subject Alternative Name” in Giggle’s certificate. The address bar shows green when you are connected to giggle.com. If there are 20 single-name certificates used by Giggle for their branches in other countries.

Q2.1 What type of certificates and how many of each are used by this company?

Q2.2 Calculate the total number of these certificates.

Anwer-

Giggle have 50 Domain and 40 Sub Domain.

As SSL can be used on for Main Domain not for Sub Domain,for sub domain we can Used Shared SSL, A shared SSL will not work directly with your domain.

so Here 20 is the Main Domain used SSL certificate

Total no of certificate is 90
