in here, they used RectangleSlider for the program7 instead of extending application because we are not using slider for a particular layout and adding it to panel

instead we are using for the entire program i.e; adding different layouts say button, radiobutton, checkbox so its not an application on its own so to make it available for whatever panel wants to inherit from the rectangleslide, it is making avaible by inheriting the superclass instead of oly for one application.
