In notepad editor , type the following commands:

Save this file using "Save AsType" -->"All Files" -->" yourLastNameFirstNameInitialPgm4.bat"
Create another such notepad file "appenddata.txt"and type the followind data and save.
Go to Start and type Run. Next,Type:
