Answer: There can be many cases in which consumer information is collected for marketing databases and in return, consumers receive some payment or gift or voucher or any other benefit.
One of the basic example is when a user registers on e-commerce website, all the information (Name, address, phone, preferences, choices, etc.) is provided by the customer. In return many websites provide a free gift/ voucher/ discount on first order of the customer.
Another example can be: On registering on some of the e-commerce websites, consumers are provided an opportunity to refer and win. i.e. on referring friends and relatives to that e-commerce website, consumers are provided with referral points/ vouchers.

Answer: One of the example is - when a person downloads an application in his/her mobile phone, it asks user that some personal information can be collected from the mobile device. Until and unless, the person accepts those T&Cs, application can not be downloaded. By accepting those T&Cs, all the personal information is collected for marketing databases, but most people (whose information is collected) are not aware of it.

Answer:
As we all know, that some of the content is restricted to certain indviduals. There are certain limitations for certain groups of peaople on access of internet. Permission and disconnection is allowed for specific users provided prior procedural safeguards are met.
For example children below 18 years of age are not allowed to access some political or adult content on internet. But still they can access that restricted content as proper validations/ checks for verification of age are not provided on some of the websites.
