Ans 13. Incident is an unexpected event that causes disruption in the process while the problem can be an existing and persistant situation causing delays and disruption. Incident handling is a process of handling a sudden deviation from the routine, that can be fixed immediately while problem is a long term issue that needs a planned approach to resolve the issue.
Ans 14. Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a tool that identifies different psychological preferences of people that are governed by their perceptions about the outside world and define their decision making. It is an introspective questionnaire.
Ans 15: Theory X and Y define two fundamentally different styles of management. Theory X is an authoritative style of management that always believes that avoiding work is a inherent human tendency, and the people can be made to work with authority ony. Theory Y advocates participative style of management, that involves empowerment, inclusion and participation of employees in the decision making processes.
