In this paragraph, the writer basically focued on choosing of the career by individuals. Deciding a career is very importnant decision in life as one has to work in that field only to earn his living. If the work he/she opted for is not the one he/she would like to do, than there wont be much growth of the individual in that sector as they wont develop any interest in that field.
The writer has said everything in a very good way regarding the career and I am completely satisfied with him as one needs to think very seriously before opting in for a career as it may affect his whole life. If an individual is not interested in programming or development jobs than he should not opt in for that because at last its gonna cost him as he wont be able to grow in that sector, thus causing a loss to himself as well as the firm he is working for.
If someone focuses on a goal a do some hardwork, than he will definitely achieve his goal one day because at last only the will power to do the work matters.
