18. Social Security Number will be the primary number because we can uniquely determine the employee from this number.As the other fields can have same entries but from Social Security Number we can uniquely determine the row.

19. Project Code will be the primary number because we can uniquely determine the employee from this number.As the other fields can have same entries but  project code can uniquely identifies the tuple.

20. We can use numeric(7,2) is a number that has 5 digits before the decimal and 2 digits after the decimal.We will have hourly rate as combination of integral and fractional part

21 Social Security Number should be number because we can retrieve data faster in comparsion with other data types.
