The responses that were recieved in the survey of the quality of McDonald’s French Fries in comparison to the same products of the other restaurants all hold significance. the responses are:

Saltier: this response should be take into consideration to moderate the taste of the fries as liked by the customers.

Crisper: This response gives the surveyor a quality that Mc. Donald's fries have, and appreciated by the customer , hence this quality should never be neglected.

Fresher and hotter: This response gives the surveyor a quality that Mc. Donald's fries have, and appreciated by the customer , hence this quality should never be neglected.

Crunchy: This response gives the surveyor a quality that Mc. Donald's fries have, and appreciated by the customer , hence this quality should never be neglected.

I don’t eat them: this response should be ignored since he customer hasnt tried the product.

I don’t like them: this response doesnt really indicate any specific reason of disliking them, hence this response can be ignored as this doesnt give any quanititative or qualitative information.

Burger King’s are better: since the customer stated that the competitors fries are better, the surveyor can compare the two for understanding the difference, but since the cstomer isnt stating any specific difference in both this response doesnt give out much for the survey by itself. Hence, this response can be ignored in the survey.

Depends on when they were cooked: this response truely states that the standerdization in the time between the cooking and serving the product is lacking, this rtesponse should be taken into consideration.
