a) Informational Example: When a new product is launched, the public will know nothing about it. Consider the situation when Apple launched the iPad, a totally new class of technology. In order to generate interest, the company first had to tell people about the product.
b) Educational Example: Once the target audience is aware of the new product, they often need to be educated as to why the product could be useful to them.
c) Persuasive Example: Once a new product has become successful, it is highly likely competitors will have entered the market. Communication therefore needs to persuade the target audience to purchase the version that the corporation provides rather than a competitor’s version.

Stakeholder management helps in integrating all the resources of organisation as it involves strategic, marketin, human resource, organisational and social management. Stakeholder management faces various issue related to communications that should be identified and addressed for better cooperation among every person related to the company. In case of mentioned scenarios stakeholder faces below mentioned issues:
Informational communication
Relation between the stakeholders and the product: There is need to build relation between the stakeholders and the product company wants to launch. Every stakeholder of the company must have detailed information about the product only then it can be successfully communicated to the external audience.
Different channels of communication: Every information must be communicated to each stakeholder by that channel which provides same and accurate information to every stakeholder. As sometimes when different channels are chosen mixed messages are transmitted that can lead to wrong supply of information to customers also.
Educational communication
Understanding of information: Once the information about the product is given, there is need to provide information regarding uses of the product in a understandable manner, for that proper communication strategies must be developed.
Consistency: Once the product is launched and if no further information is shared by company regarding its uses then it is of no use. So stakeholder management needs to implement communication strategies from time to time.
Persuasive Communication
Feedback: Stakeholder management might face the issue in knowing the feedback of customers. If they do not know about negative or positive impact of their product they would not be able to make changes in their product in comparison to competitor’s product. So there is need to get constructive feedback from customers.
Low access to market information: If communication channels are not strong then management would now be able to know about the new entrants and can lack in innovation.
