Fred has been with Thomas Toy Co. for over ten years, and he has always been a highly regarded employee. He did recently make a few large purchases---including an engagement ring for his girlfriend and a new sports car—but rumor has it that he also recently received a substantial inheritance from his great aunt. This is in regards to the analyses report for the alleged fraud investigation conducted on a tip off received by an unknown person who contacted the fraud hotline of our organization on mm/dd/yyy at 00:00hrs and informed that our current accounts payable manager, Fred has been embellishing from the company since the past year.

The details of the calland the transcript has been attached to this memo for further reference.Upon recieving the tipoff, it was broughtto my attention and I immediately an internal investigation of the expenses that Fred has incurred over the past year through the HR department and his immediate supervisor. Some of the facts that he has been arriving in a brand new car and has been known to have made some expensive purchases have not gone unnoticed by the HR department or his supervisor. But to substantiate that these expenses have been coming out from the company's balance sheet is very difficult to prove. But to be ensure that there is any proof to the tipoff, I ran a set of data analyticals, the details of which are attached as an appendix.
