B) We can change Others behaviour , that is why personal development classes are being taking in our society.
Sooner or later people will get frusted of themselves and they wish to be changed at that time these classes could help more to them.
It is socially developed phenomenon. As an example we see Hitlar, lenin etc who are affected by others.
