My choice is to opt option "B".
Since, directly elected by US president is not correct choice. US president may not know the exact
good electral college reperesentatives. Sometimes, it may lead to politics and may arise battle among
college people. So all voters who choose the US president, those members should again think and must
vote to right college representative in eletrol process and make them to wins the popular vote in that
state, no how close the outcome.

So coorect option is
