Answer 1:
Gagnes method of effective training comprises of nine stages that were developed by Robert Gagne. Based on the behaviorist approach to learning, he derived a framework for series of events. In order to cater to different learning situations, this model can be adopted. It is a flexible model that instructional design process. Its nine stages comprises of: Gain attention of the audience, Inform audience about the objectives, Stimulate recall of prior learning, Present the content, Provide learner guidance, Elicit performance, Provide feedback, Assess performance and Enhance retention and transfer to the job.
ADDIE: It comprises of five stages namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Results generated through evaluation are than converted into actions in order to bring the improvement. Although the model is one of the oldest design models, it is still widely applied in various organizations for designing their processes and identify training needs.

Both Gagnes method of effective training and ADDIE are similar as both are instructional design model and used for determining activities that guides the development of learning process.Both the model serves the similar purpose.

Both the models differ in their stages. In Gagnes method of effective training steps are more elaborate and fragmented in several sections so that a designer can identify even the minute details.
In ADDIE though the stages are less but they clearly identify the need and the way to design learning process.

In my business I will apply ADDIE method. I find it more effective and appropriate for satiating my business needs.
