Whenever we talk about any programming language we write thhe program following some standards defined by the language and these are very important else it would become very difficult to compile the code and make compiler understand what is correct and what is wrong, Also standards are kept in place to make consistency the way code should be written irrespective of the programmer so that it becomes readable and understandable to other programmer , let say there is a defined syntax and standard to define array hence any programmer can easily identify what this array meant to do and if it correct or not , consider the situation where no standards are kept and its upto the programmer how he deals with the definition then it becomes impossible to understand same code by other person in absence of this progammer.
