Q1. The most important thing about analyzing information for business decision making is the tool or method that is being used to analyse the information. As, we know that analysis is a critical step for a sound business decision process hence, the most efficient the tool or method will be, the most efficient the analysis process will be.

Q2. Simon's Decision Making Model contains the following phaes:

a) The intelligence phase: This phase includes some important actions to be taken like finding, identifying and formulating the problem that are being necessary for the particular decision. It can be said that iintelligence phase mainly helps in deciding that what is to be decided. The final thing that come into the hand of decision makers is the decision statement for the problem.

b) The design phase: This phase includes the proper go through of the options that are available and after the deep research findng the appropriate alternatives. It also includes setting up of the objectives for the decision which is being worked upon.

c) The choice phase: This phase includes work upon the alternatives choosen in the design phase and picking up the best from them. In thi phase, decision makers finally get the decision on which they will ultimately work for the organization.
