Referees failing to show up at designated games
?We need to make the referees sign a contract where there is penaly for missing a game with out notification to us, we need to make it a fine of up to $20,000 so they know we are serious. If something happens to the referee and he can no attend to the match he needs to let us know. Also there should always be a refeer back up so we can use it on this scenario.
Fighting between teams
?On every sport, this risk of fighting will always exist , that is they way has been since it was invented, however we need to speak with the coach of every team and let them know we expect the fair play , and referees need to show yellow or red card when the situation is appropiate, the player who has a red card will miss the next match and a player who has 2 yellow card in 2 games will miss the third one.
Pivotal error committed by a referee that determines the outcome of a game
?Referees will be subject to a fine if after an investigation the outcome is they were bought by one of the teams and making the game on favor to such team
Abusive behavior along the sidelines by parents
?This is something we need to accept, the parents will cheer for their children and on their passion most likely they will talk tras to the teams, this is part of the culture on this and all sports
Inadequate parking
?If we dont have enough parking space we will be subject to miss perople on entering the match, I suggest that we rent the empty land next to the stadium and hire employees to vigilate the cars and assist people on parking them so we can generate more revenue
Not enough teams sign up for different age brackets
?We need to make every one know about this event, piblicity is a big deal, Facebook, twitter, instagram, PinTerest, Youtube, radio, local tv, every one should know about this event so we can attract more teams and have children of all ages
Serious injury
?Inures will happen on this and any sport but we need to be prepare, we need to have a medical team ready to attend any emergency, and ambulance ready with the all the equipment and we need to identife what is the nearest hospital in case the player needs more attention.
