In this, functions of the program are changed to satisfy the needs of the user.
-> Perfective Maintenance:
It involves adding new programs or features to improve the performance of the system.
-> Predictive Maintenance: It involves strategic changes made in anticipation of likely changes to technology or working practices in the future.
I currently work in an organisation which is in its early stage and we have less number of clients currently. Proper maintainence is important here because as the number of clients of the organisation increases, it would be difficult to manage them if the structure is not proper
