A perfect organisation is the one which has clear demarcation of roles in each department like the most important ones:
Each department has cross functional leaders who set targets for the department in line with the organisation.
There is a structured system in place for conflict resolution.
The organisational policies are created with transparency and involvement of all or most of the employees.
The company follows all rules but provides enough liberty to employees so that they are able to excel and find it convenient.
The organisation is open cultured and appraisals are performance based and based on the set target, where a lot of other considerations are there like, learning, new ideas, growth and constraints in place.
The culture of the organisation is fully set, they provide great remuneration and other facilities in terms of health care and other insurance. They provide great work life balance to most of the employees so that the cost of hiring and related services is minimal.
All the employees are hired based on their capabilities, experience and culture fit , due to which there is hardly any staff related crunch.
