1) The Cookies would be labelled as Marketed by (Name of Cafeteria) and manufactured by (Name of the seller), the seller should make arrangements of the same in advance, if the packaging is not available, the consignment would be rejected.

2) Pricing would be at sole discretion of the Cafeteria owner, the seller won't have a say in it. The price of purchase would be finalised once in six months, the seller would have to sell the cookies at the same price irrespective of the prices of ingredients, failing to which contract would be terminated.

3) Cafeteria owner would have right to reject the consignment if he feels the quality is compromised, irrespective of batch size and no remuneration would be provided for the same. The quality standards would be in written format and would be designed collectively by seller and reseller.

4)The Seller would have to take back the consignment unconditionally if it fails to sell before the expiry date and he would have to provide either fresh cookies or the amount for which the cookies have been bought. No reduction/discount would be made.

5)The orders to be delivered in a timely manner as per promised delivery date, which would be agreed mutually, failing to which, a penalty would be imposed, which would be 25% deduction of the payment of the total order amount.
