When one deals with international projects , he/ she should ensure that the project conforms to all types of rules / regulations / norms of the countries where the project is being executed. One of the key items of such important norms is Human rights which must always be respected and adhered to as per existing norms of the country. Involvement and participation of local people and community is key to success of any project and adhering to fundamental human rights issues will ensure one executing the project smoothly.
