Then, one rainy night, the FBI and Michigan State Troopers raid the pole barn where the plants are growing.

A).       Can Peter get out of trouble with the FBI if he was growing the allowable number of plants as a caregiver under Michigan law?

A. Peter cannot get out of the trouble even if he was growing the allowable number of plants as a caregiver under Michigan law, because allowing his sister Puffy, who is 9years old to consume marijuana is an offence. As per Michigan law, the caregiver and the consumer should be above 21 years. Peter has violated both the rules.

B. the Michigan State Troopers would conclude Peter is in trouble even if he was growing the allowable number of plants under Michigan law, because he secretly grew weed plants by telling the bank manager that he makes and sells Kites. The Caregiver of marijuana has to fulfill certain criteria as a one should be 21etc. but in this case, Peter made his sister Puffy a Caregiver even though she is not 21.

C. No, Puffy is not safe from Prosecution because, consuming weed at the age of 9 is a serious offence.

D. No, Peter cannot he avoid personal liability even though he is operating under a corporation as he is not a licensed caregiver to do marijuana business.
