One would want to keep a flatter organizational structure. This helps in opening up the communication and removes the layers between different levels. The information and power is distributed and not concentrated on the top.
What type of corporate governance mechanisms you would put in place, and what kind of organizational culture you would like to have.
One would want a corporate governance mechanism where one can meet the stakeholder’s expectations. One has to balance the goals in a way which encompasses individual and societal goals and also economic and social goals.
As the CEO what type of strategy would you like to undertake with a particular product or service.
One would be interested in offering a fast food service where proper segmenting, targeting and positioning needs to be done so that the business can flourish. The eatery needs to be strategically placed so that it can attract the right crowd. Usually a fast food joint should be able to appeal to the young and yuppie crowd.
Please consider how you will engage in a type of innovative activity for this product.
Nowadays, people are really big on offers. If they are given an offer they tend to spend even if they do not need to. For instance, in our case of the fast food eatery we can have a tie in with one of the cola companies and have them run an offer which can be exclusively available at our store. This offer could be either some free tickets to concerts or gift vouchers etc.
Please also consider if you have a domestic only or international plan and incorporate this into the discussion.
It is always a good idea to start low and slow. Hence, initially the idea is to have a domestic presence. Explore the domestic market first and then if the plan is successful think about international expansion.
