Spanning Tree Protocol is up and running on the company network and a junior network administrator is tasked with installing a new network for a remote location at a leased downtown office. The office will be on their own VLAN VLAN00016. Upon double checking this new network, you notice that the spanning tree network is set-up so that the path cost for two of the three 2960 switches to the root switch is exactly the same.

How will this affect the STP functionality?

3) lower cost will be defined as root so the least cost should help us to select root switch
