What capabilities does each SoC provide its overall device? c. 12 pts] Give the full URLs (web addresses) of where you found the information in answering these questions.Explanation / Answer
a)A system on chip(soC) in itself is a complete package its a combination of cpu, gpu, memory, other peripherals like audio devices etc.,Whereas a cpu
requires some other chips like gpu, memory ,usb etc., for full functioning. An soC is a complete integrated unit using which a computer can be built it is
like a superset which has everything including a CPU as well.Now-a-days soC's are replacing traditional CPUs in each and every electronic gadget.
The only thing common between soC and CPU is a CPU itself a soc has even other components as well.
b)Apart from smartphones the devices which use soC are tablets and smartwatches and several otherw wearables even the whole internet of things is
filled with soCs like a raspberry pie etc., to name a few.soC on a tablet is used to give its full functionality like calling ,cool UI,playing games,
even run programs etc., whereas soC on a smartwatch allows it to record the user's heart beat, pulse rate, calories burnt and some other smart features
similar to a android like calling, reading notifications, playing music etc.,
