I am writing my essay on Gender -- More women should be hired in a refinery.

- I feel there is a need for intervention in Gender diversity ratio in my workplace.

- being a sales organisation, the gender ratio is 20 : 80 where only 20% are female employees.

- Diversed organisations being more successful in the market, I feel my workplace should look into this

My company has already started the initiative and have the following woman friendly policies in place like:

- An extended maternity leave for 6 months

- Work from home option

- A crech at workplace

- Part time job opportunities for women

- Flexible work time at office

- Telecommuting jobs

- Get back to work policies etc
