Of the four culture types (i.e., clan, adhocracy, hierarchy, and market), identify which one you would find the most motivating and explain why.
I find the Market culture most motivating as it keeps the employees competitive and the culture focusses on the competition and the spirit of “getting the job done.”
This kind of a culture is required in today’s technology disrupting market where the reskilling is really critical for employees to remain competitive in the market.
The market culture also emphasizes the competition between the internal employees for the limited resources which a company has budgeted.
