The New Century Health Clinic is suffering from problems to use the manual system for their office works. The employees are finding a hard time on keeping on track of the medical records of the patients. Patient's queries can be difficult to respond to as information is stored in different places and may even require that you find the right person before being able to respond. With manual systems the level of service is dependent on individuals and this puts a requirement on management to run training continuously for staff. Which is obviously costly. No security of data and High Data Redundancy as well as Transfer of information within the branches is costly and time consuming. There are chances of the record books or files in which all the data is kept may be torn or wearied out of the some other damage which result in the destroy data.

In this modern Century, The best solution is maintaining a website for the hospital. So that for the website we will be having one database where we can store
all the patient medical records. If we host the website hospital cenetral servers. Every branch of the hospital can access any information of any patient from
any branch. In order to login to website, we need login credentials. This way we can secure the data as well. And if we host our database in the cloud. Hospital data will be secure
and cloud maintaining company will take care of data backup as well. So there will be no fear about data loss. As the data is stored, in database If we keep restrictions, we can avoid duplicate records as well.
