In the Data ribbon tab go to in the Data Tools section. Click on Relationships icon.

It will open manage relationship as show below

Click New button to create relationship

Now select Tables using drop down.

Now select Foreign Key (Column(Foreign)) nothing but how you want to connect tables(Here Category ID of Course table and CatId of Category table to respective table names.)

Click ok. It will create Relationship between 2 tables
