a)
Largest normalized value
1.11111 * 2^111111
b)
The actual value will be
Actual exponent = Exponent - Biased exponent = 63 - 31= 32
Which means
1.11111 * 2^32
1.96875 * 2^32
c)
smallest normalized value
1.00000 * 2^000000
d)
The actual value will be
Actual exponent = Exponent - Biased exponent = 0 - 31= -31
Which means
1.00000 * 2^-31
2 * 2^-31
