Cloud services refers to applications, services or resources that are stored on a cloud server and are made available to users on demand over the internet.
A few popular cloud services are:
1) Google Apps
2) Adobe Dreative Apps
3) Amazon Drive Apps
Answer 1) In my opinion, the Google services is most effective to use. Google apps includes multiple apps that can be used to create, store and edit files on cloud.
Google provide free account of Google drive for every mail account. Free drive account has a limit of 15GB. Along with drive, they also provide other apps like Google docs, sheets, slides, form etc that allow user to edit or create documents over the internet.
Answer 2) Google apps can be used to store, create and edit documents over the internet and share them along multiple devices. They provide 15GB as free storage with can be upgraded on demand. They provide apps to manage docs, excels, presentations, forms and many others.
Adobe creative apps is used to share adobe projects on the cloud so that, they can be worked upon on multiple devices. They also provide different adobe essential apps to work with.
Amazon drive is used to backup photos and videos of one device on the cloud storage. They provide free storage of 5GB per amazon prime account. Amazon drive automatically syncs media of one device. It also provide basic tools for image editing.
Answer 3) Two main advantages of cloud apps are:
1)Ease of Access: Cloud apps allow flexible work practices. User has ability to access data anywhere, anytime provided you have internet connection and a device to access the internet.
2)Cost Saving: Cloud services are cheaper, cloud storage is cheaper than using physical drives to store filess. Also, It does not require internal power from your side to operate. Also, most computation is done on the cloud server so user's system computing power is saved.
