As we are aware that our organization is going through some financial difficulties, we are not performing any new hirings. This has resulted in having limited support-staff positions which is directly impacting the low level office tasks such as photocopying, typing correspondence.
To overcome this financial difficulties period, we need to have some additional responsibilities which includes to get these low level office tasks done by ourselves. Currently, this help is much required as hiring the new resources will put some extra burden on the organization as well as the new staff doesn't have any career certainty in future. This will be a non-profitable situation for both. We understand that it is just add some more pressures to your daily hectic schedules but in this tough time, we are sure that everyone of us is ready to help in any manner we can.
