A scrum master is a person who is the facilitator, coach, and liaison providing guidance and assistance to the product owner and also the Scrum team. Among the various ceremonies, the scrum master will execute each of these as below:

sprint planning - Before every sprint, there will be a planning phase for what all objectives and goals are there in the next sprint as well as the performance of the last sprint and going over the backlogs.

daily standups - Daily standups have to happen in meeting rooms every working day and scrum master will setup and control these meetings every day.

backlog grooming - Backlog grooming where the current backlogs from the last sprints are recollected and analyzed on how to resolve the backlogs.

sprint retrospective - is the discussion that can happen in the scrum meetings where the team discusses the just-concluded sprint and what can make the next sprint more productive.

The ceremonies are really important for the project and each of the stakeholders and members of the team as in Scrum we have to always stay in touch with the product owner and make him aware of the progress, roadblocks and any issues that we're facing.

As a scrum master, we would want the team to communicate more and gather data on what are the issues and what's the progress of the work in the current sprint and opportunities for the next sprint. Meeting, documentation, statuses, and face to face communications are very important in this regard.

As a scrum master, we would ensure that these ceremonies achieved those goals by being in control of the situation and handling the project scrum team to get the work done beforehand in every sprint so that no backlogs are there, also to make the product owner understand of the progress, issues, roadblock that the team might be facing and also improvement scope in the project development and implementation.
