Explanation / Answer
Muncie manufacturing company would be successful in enforcing this contract. This is because the Joes Indiana is a sixteen-year-old high school student, who is not eligible for the contract signature with the company for any kind of activities. As he has signed a contract with the Hoosier Corporation before itself would not be valid till he become an adult. The legal age would not eligible for the contract signing for the company. Hoosier Company has taken a risk by its own decision. So, the Hoosier Corporation would face the legal action against this.
