Explanation / Answer

1. In order to easily differentiate between mobile devices and servers in reports Standard Naming Conventions should be used as a Control. It would help us a lot to easily understand the difference between both.

2. Group policy controls the work environment of the end users. Enforcing standards for the password is specified in Group Policy.

3. When the employee is leaving an organization, there are certain offboarding procedures need to be completed which include returning devices, rovking access from company resources etc. The information is being updated in DB.

4. To identify which employees have access to senstive file shares, permission based auditing and review would help. If I specify to retrieve a list of employees who shared Business Requirement Documents, I can easily get through Permission audit.
