One substantive point of interest, was reading that organizations still need to implement or even still need to propose some personal reform. It’s a little perplexing to know future training for HRM is still up in the air. It brings a question for active HRM and what training are they getting to stay current with changes.

The next substantive point of interest is definitely performance based pay systems. These systems seem ideal for the employee with experience at their job and also have a driven personality. Assuming most worker's would find it rewarding to have someone notice a job well done. Anyone who might have been in a position of a co-worker not doing their share, could secretly smile from within with this system.

We are nearing the end of baby boom generation of 60's so the number of old people in United States is increasing constantly.

As part of medicare or even traditional medical insurances there is simply no other option than to treat elderly. So the number of people who would seek medical attention is only going to increase in future.

Further, medicare is treating riskier catogeries in society who are more prone to illness, so certainly after the introduction of medicare more and more people will need long-term care. As cost of care decreases demand increases automatically.
