Alot of technologies are ruling the current era, affecting our lives in way or the other. Although many a times privacy is getting compromised but it has many benefits of their own. One such technology i have come across in recent times is Machine Learning.

Machine learning basically leverages data and analyses it to get meaningful insights from it. It is being leveraged by google in google maps, airbnb in deciding hotel price and many more giants across the globe.

One very interesting example of Machine learning happened in california, where every morning pamphlets and other advertisements related to child care etc. used to come at a doorstep of a family inspite of the fact when there was no child in the house, as a result of which owner got angry and sued the advertising agency for the same. In reply to that company claimed that your girl is pregnant as she has been searching child care and pregnancy related products online from past few months and that came out to true. Hence leveraging data to get meaningful insights, that's machine learning for you.
