Question
As oer John Kotter, a change process of any kind will have a significant change on the way how one thinks through their minds and how one responds with their hearts. When people think differently it will change their behavior. At the same time, when people feel differently, it will in turn change their behavior. In the other words, change process can happen by the way one changes the way think about others or feel about others. The change in the way one thinks and feels about the other person will bring about a positive change.
People change what they do because they are shown a truth that influences their feelings. Organizational change is frequently difficult. It is possible to capture the hearts and minds of employees and managers for a needed change, however. Senior leadership and the guiding coalition are more likely to obtain this commitment when they communicate the change vision with simplicity and repetition. It also engage employees and managers in two-way communication, and uses multiple forums to get their message across, by address obvious inconsistencies in behavior, and by using the verbal pictures. Organizational change is difficult, but not impossible. It can be more significant by change in the way one thinks and feels with their heart and mind.
