It is important for project manager that the project baseline in not being change frequently because it will create some delays, confusions, and if the change is occurs than its very difficult to explained to the project team regarding the scope, schedule and cost. Thus the project manager need to resist changes in project baseline to ensure that the smooth flow of the project towards its completion. Such changes should be made only during the framing of the project baseline but once the project is starts it’s very difficult to change the baseline.
